Staging is the buzzword which means preparing your home to show for the maximum look and in the most desired condition. Staging is a part of our service offered to you at no additional cost. These hints along with other suggestions we may have to share are only meant as a guide for your consideration for you to implement as you desire.
A) Maximize curb appeal with pressure washing and painting the exterior. Add colorful plants and fill in your landscaping where needed. Clean and manicure your lawn. Clean the lamppost, mail box, birdbaths, etc.
B) Make your home sparkle with fresh interior paint. Add green plants and
fresh flowers. Clean the carpets and ask for the deodorizer treatment. If
carpet is beyond cleaning, replace with a neutral color.
(C) Let the sun shine in. Open shades and curtains for maximum exposure. Replace all burned out light bulbs per manufacture’s guide. Install sky-lights or tunnel lights in dark areas if appropriate.
D) De-clutter and make your home look larger. If necessary, lease a storage space for a short while . The investment will be well worth it.
E) If your home looks tired, take down the old wallpaper and paint. Paint over or take down the old paneling and replace with sheetrock or blueboard.
